A young boy stuck at home is inspired to harness the super power of kindness in order to bring happiness to the family around him.
I wrote + illustrated this book for my son at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. I wanted to inspire him to be the helpful superhero our house needs these days.
Since its release May 1, the book has been read by thousands of parents, teachers, and children in 22+ countries; as well as being featured on national television, regional news outlets across the country, and the New York City School Library’s list of recommended books for children during the Coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, donations from readers have resulted in hundreds of dollars to the Coronavirus Response Fund for Nurses.
